What Happens When You Report a Problem?
Last updated October 4, 2026
When you report that your visit didn't happen, your vendor isn't paid for your unit while the report is open, and Kindo contacts you to arrange a new visit or a refund.
When to use it
After your appointment, your booking page asks whether the service was completed. If the visit didn't happen, choose "Report Service Did Not Occur" instead of confirming. If the crew came and something is wrong with the work, email support@kindo.club instead.
Report before the job confirms. If you don't respond, it confirms automatically 24 hours after we email you that your window to report a problem is open, and that clears Kindo to pay the vendor for your unit.
Where your report goes
Your report, and any note you add, goes to Kindo and your vendor. To submit it, you agree to share your name, email and phone with the vendor so they can work with you to sort it out.
What happens to the money
Your vendor isn't paid for your unit while your report is open. If their payment for your unit was already recorded before your report reached us, Kindo contacts you directly about a new visit or a refund. The rest of the job can close out for your neighbors meanwhile; your unit stays open.
When it's sorted
If the crew comes back and finishes, tap "Issue Resolved" on your booking page. That confirms your unit and clears Kindo to pay the vendor for it.
