Welcome your buildings into something good.

Brokers, managers, and well-connected neighbors know NYC buildings better than anyone. Kindo Partners is a personal introduction, not a coupon code. When a building you know joins Kindo, its residents pool everyday work and Kindo sources vendors with insurance on file to compete for it building-wide.

How the thank-you works

  • You get a personal introduction link. When a building signs up through it and completes its first two projects, Kindo sends you a thank-you after each one: 25% of Kindo's own fee on that project, up to $500.
  • It comes from Kindo's fee, never from the building's price. Residents pay the same with or without you.
  • The building always sees who introduced it. You're putting your name on the introduction, and that's the point.
  • Building managers are welcome as partners for the recognition. Until our counsel review wraps up, we don't pay personal referral fees to a building's own manager.
