What Is a Building Club?
Last updated March 9, 2026
How it works
When you join your building's club on Kindo, you become part of a group that can access services at rates typically reserved for commercial properties and large building managers. Your building clubs together to get better pricing, insured vendors, and coordinated scheduling — all handled for you.
Every building club has at least one organizer — a neighbor who helps coordinate service requests. You don't need to be an organizer to benefit. As a member, you can browse available services, express interest, and sign up for group bookings as they become available.
What you can do in your club
- See what services your building is coordinating, like AC maintenance, window cleaning, or dryer vent service
- Express interest in services to help your building unlock better group rates
- Sign up for scheduled services at prices that reflect your building's collective purchasing power
- Invite neighbors to grow your club — more participation means better rates for everyone
Who runs the club?
Your building club is run by your neighbors, for your neighbors. Organizers are residents who volunteer to coordinate — they're not Kindo employees. Kindo provides the platform, handles insurance documentation and compliance coordination, and manages payments. Your organizer handles the building-specific decisions.
