How to Invite Your Neighbors

Last updated March 9, 2026

The more neighbors in your building club, the better the rates everyone gets. Here's how to spread the word.

Share your building's link

Every building club has a unique link you can share with neighbors. You'll find a "Spread the Word" option on your club dashboard. Copy the link and share it however works best — a text to a neighbor, a message in your building's group chat, a note on the bulletin board, or a quick mention in the elevator.

What your neighbor sees

When someone clicks your link, they'll see your building's club page with any active or upcoming services. They can join the club by creating a free Kindo account and confirming their unit. It takes about two minutes.

When a service is happening

The best time to invite neighbors is when there's an active service request. When neighbors can see a real service with real pricing, they're much more likely to join. Share the link to the specific service, and your neighbor will see exactly what's being offered and how much they could save.

Tips that work

  • Start with the neighbors you know — one personal invite goes further than a mass message
  • Mention the specific service and the savings: "We're getting AC maintenance done as a building — it's about half what I was quoted individually"
  • If your building has a group chat, WhatsApp group, or email list, that's the easiest way to reach everyone
  • Ask your organizer if they can mention it at the next board meeting or in a building-wide email
